The John Deere 720 Hi-Crop Tractor was designed 
to cultivate tall plants, such as long-stemmed 
flowers or to till crops grown on high beds, such 
as sugar cane and cotton. The high placement 
of the seat kept the tractor the tractor operator 
above the dust and assured ´´grandstand´´ 
visibility of the work being done.
